Boeing 737 Engine

Yesterday AirAsia telah wat satu event sebagai tanda penghargaan pada Boeing 737 yg selama ini telah berkhidmat menjayakn penerbangan AirAsia untuk sekian lama. The last Boeing 737 telah selamat mendarat di LCCT pagi semalam membawa penumpang penumpang dari Kota Kinabalu.

Few weeks email dah di sent out to semua staff AA supaya dpt hadirkn diri utk memeriahkn majlis tersebut..and cam biasa, dress code - RED. Kitorg kat PJ office pun xketinggalan la menghadirkn diri di LCCT utk event pagi tu. JFYI yg xtau lagi..AirAsia Malaysia will be flying fully Airbus from now on..but 737 still digunakan kat AA Indonesia and AA Thailand. Tp kalo penerbangan AA M’sia (AK flights) semua akan menggunakan aircraft Airbus model A320.

The morning event actually ended around 12tghri..then all back to work la. But the ‘mood’ was carried on through the day until the RED PARTY pada belah malamnya bertempat di PanPac KLIA. Biasa la kat party..buat apa lagi, makan2, minom2, gelak2…usha2 awek..hahaha. nothing much to talk about.

Finally 03.09.2008 was the date chosen for our boss Dato’ Tony Fernandes to launch his own CEO blog entitled ‘The Entrepeneur’. Lebih kurang 3 weeks after the AirAsia Blog was launch on 20.08.2008. This blog sebenarnya dedicated personally to him to blog about himself, his achievements, his experience, share his knowledge, opinion n apa2 lagi barely on his own . Yeay! my 1st ever participation in AirAsia’s tournament. On the 26th of August, the guys at Corporate Culture has organized the ‘Merdeka Bowling Tournament’ which was held in ARL Bowl, Alamanda Putrajaya in commence with the national day this comming 31st August. The tournament was at first intended to be inter-department tournament with 5 bowlers for each team. So we set up a 5 men team for our dept which Me, Ben, Mimi, Carrin and Dzul. But during the registration on the tournament day, the organizers found out that the participation is more than they expected (hehe…cool n spoting AirAsian semua turun wooo)

Unfortunately that night the lane was fully booked so they had to change the teams to 8 person per team and we were allowed to join with other departments. So Mimi took in another 3 bowlers for our team which Kate, Lai Ting and Valerie. After everybody was registered, lanes was set…they blew the whislte to start the tournament around 8pm..

Overall the game was fun, eventhough we didn’t win anything…but we still had our fun. All my team mate were doing their best to score a good point..huhuh unlucky for me, i was already tired entering the 2nd game, but the rest managed to keep up their spirits! Seriously it was a tiring game..but FUN! ehhehh…my 1st experience to join any of AirAsia’s event since joining the company last March. Will be looking forward for more activities after this…

Me at my new working place… Actually aku dah 2 minggu bekerja ngan company baru which is AirAsia Berhad, hehe dan selama itu la aku kene tangguh utk update blog aku huuhuh. Ok la, hmm…february was the last month aku kat IPSB. Last day kat opis nothing much pun…aku pun lepas solat jumaat br masuk opis hehehe. Tp aku ada rasa sedih gak la nak tinggalkn opis lama…yer la, dah 3tahun aku lepak n buat opis tu cam opis sendiri.

But life kat AirAsia adalah totally different from me…but yer la, need some time to getting use to. Especially bab² bgn pagi :p So far nothing much yg bleh aku citer pasal opis baru…hmmm, opis aku bukan kat LCCT pun. Kat PJ jer seksyen 13. I’m enrolled under the New Media & Relationship Management department. hahaha honestly aku sendiri pun lom tau apa yg aku nak kene buat. So skg ni still honeymoon lg…melepak2, ngantuk2 hiihih.

hmmm…tu jer la kot. len kali aku citer lagi…
